Which Caribbean Islands are the Safest and Most Dangerous?

Here are some facts to date on confirmed murders for 2017:

  • Grenada, Less than 20
  • Barbados, 26
  • Guyana, 70
  • Trinidad & Tobago, 466
  • Jamaica, 1,500
